Maple Cream Glazed Carrots
So lets get right to it…
Slice your locally grown carrots to your desired size, toss in a bit of olive oil, a pinch of salt, pepper and onion powder (adjust to taste).
Oven roast at 400 degrees F, stirring at 10 minute intervals until fork tender
Remove from the oven and gently stir in 1 Tbsp (or more if required) of Bender Hill Maple, Maple Cream until it nicely melts into the carrots.
