Syrniki (also known as tvorozhniki) are traditional Eastern Slavic fried pancakes made from quark or curd cheese (called tvorog in Russian).
These small, pillowy-soft pancakes are a popular breakfast or dessert, enjoyed for their creamy interior and lightly crisp, golden-brown exterior.
